Ophelia's Compass

inspired strangely enough by watching the weather.. currently there is a tropical storm named Ophelia out at sea.. as I'm posting this she is about to reach hurricane strength. On her journey she has already showed her fangs..then for about two days..she died at sea. She then resurrected and resumed course. Irony to name a hurricane after a name made famous by a drowned maiden..Will she come inland or sail out to sea?
